15-Day Return Policy
At My Doggies Lifestyle we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 15 days to return with a valid receipt. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
If your return does not have an RMA number and a copy of the invoice, you will be charged a 20% return fee. Refused / Return To Sender - If you or your customer refuse delivery of an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive a refund/credit memo within two weeks of your package being given to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund/credit memo more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/credit memo once we've received and processed your return. All returns over $500.00 will be in the form of a credit memo (store credit) to be applied against future purchases.
Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy
If an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us by phone or email within 10 days upon receipt of the package so that our customer care specialists can explain what steps need to be taken. After 10 days, you must contact the manufacturer about defective or damaged merchandise.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy per the manufacturer.
