Returns And Exchanges


15-Day Return Policy

At My Doggies Lifestyle we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you.  If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs, please let us know.  Our Returns Policy gives you 15 days to return with a valid receipt.  If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted with receipt.
  • No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a prior notice to us.  
  • A Return authorization may be requested up to 15 days from the shipping invoice date.
  • To secure the appropriate return authorization information, you must email us at mydoggieslifestyle@gmail.com or call us at 833-693-6444 (833-myd-oggi) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via our online store.
  • Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signed of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund.  
  • Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning the product.  If these items are shipped to us, we will charge the cost of shipping the item (s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option refuse delivery.
  • Items must be returned in its original condition and include the original packaging.
  • For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx and must have a tracking number.  We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
  • Please include the following with your return:
    • Copy of the original invoice.
    • Write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
    • Send to the address we provide to you.
  • If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected.  We do not keep your credit card information on file, and will call you to obtain the appropriate information should we decide to issue credit.   At our discretion, we may issue a company check to reimburse you instead.
  • Return Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable and are paid by you, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.)  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all shipments.
  • Any deviation from the return policy outline above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.

If your return does not have an RMA number and a copy of the invoice, you will be charged a 20% return fee. Refused / Return To Sender - If you or your customer refuse delivery of an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive a refund/credit memo within two weeks of your package being given to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund/credit memo more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/credit memo once we've received and processed your return. All returns over $500.00 will be in the form of a credit memo (store credit) to be applied against future purchases.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy

If an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us by phone or email within 10 days upon receipt of the package so that our customer care specialists can explain what steps need to be taken.  After 10 days, you must contact the manufacturer about defective or damaged merchandise.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy per the manufacturer.

  • Big Shrimpy Dog Beds (Must be in Original Condition. “Original condition” means that the item still has the hang tags attached and does not show any sign of use or damage by pets, including pet hair or any other sign of wear, use, or washing. Big Shrimpy reserves the right to make the final decision about whether a returned item is in its original condition.) – 15 Days – No Restocking Fee
  • Prevue Pet Products - 15 Days - 20% Restocking Fee (Must be unused and in original packaging)
  • Kennels and Kennel Tops - 15 Days - 50% Restocking Fee
  • GoPet Treadmills & TreadWheels - 15 Days - 30% Restocking Fee
  • Pet Gear - 15 Days - 30% Restocking Fee New, unused items only. 
  • Crown Pet Products - 7 Days - 20% Restocking Fee for Non-Warranty issues
  • Pet Step - 15 Days - 15% Restocking Fee
  • Ideal Pet Products - 15 Days – No Restocking Fees
  • Ware - 15 Days - 10% Restocking Fee
  • Bark Buddy - 15 days – No Restocking Fee
  • DogWatch - 15 days – No Restocking Fee
  • Find My Pet GPS - 30 days – No Restocking Fee
  • Happy Hound - 30 days – No Restocking Fee
  • Penn Plax - 30 days – No Restocking Fee
